As a Account Manager, you will often be on the road, but the head office is located in Rijswijk. In addition, there are also practical training locations in Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Waddinxveen, Leiden, and Zoetermeer.
Who are you?

As an Account Manager, you are the face of the company for businesses in the Technical Installation sector as well as for schools such as ROCs and secondary education institutions in the South Holland region. You advise companies on training and mentoring opportunities, develop customized programs, and proactively contribute ideas to support their growth and staff development. You are visibly present at open days, career fairs, and networking events—wherever you see opportunities to create and strengthen connections.
What do you bring to the role?

MBO+ / HBO level of education and thinking

Experience in relationship management, preferably within the technical installation sector

Familiarity with the education field is a plus

You are proactive, independent, and an excellent communicator

You get energy from networking, connecting people, and providing advice

You are available to work 40 hours per week
