We offer support as volunteer consultants. We conduct intake interviews with potential volunteers and find the right match with a community organization. We also manage social media and facilitate inspiring interviews with volunteers from the Westland region.

We provided administrative support to Scheepswerf 'T Ambacht. We handled the processing of all incoming and outgoing invoices, time tracking, and the complete administration of the ships at the shipyard.

We had the opportunity to temporarily support the front office at Merwestaal in-house. From answering phone calls and welcoming guests to preparing meeting rooms and handling packages and scanning tasks our Regelmeisje ensured everything ran smoothly.

We had the opportunity to work in-house as Office Manager at Octant. We answered the phone, supported the managers with administrative tasks, and managed the planning and registrations for the training sessions. In short: a true all-rounder!

Our Regelmeisje assists Madurodam in organizing corporate events, as well as meetings, conferences, and anniversaries. She handles everything, from scheduling site visits and coordinating between departments and clients to performing final checks.

We provide administrative support across various departments of Bibliotheek AanZet. Our assistance includes organizing events, secretarial tasks, and project support.

Chainels

Chainels

Chainels was looking for a Regelmeisje to support them in financial and administrative tasks. She was responsible for invoicing, contract verification, and even ordering the weekly groceries. To sum up, she provided complete support and relief.

stichting FERM

FERM Foundation

We support the management of Stichting FERM by organizing all events and training sessions for participants and partners. This ranges from taking minutes during the Advisory Board meetings to organizing hybrid sessions.

Beequip

Bee equipment

Beequip required a temporary Office Manager on short notice. Our Regelmeisje took on various tasks, such as answering emails, maintaining contact with suppliers, stocking the fridge, and ensuring delicious lunches.

When Beequip contacted us for the second time, our Regelmeisje stepped in to take over the tasks of a colleague who was on maternity leave. She managed the agenda for the management team, assisted with the HR department, and provided support to the office manager whenever needed.

De Regelmeisjes have a wonderful and long-standing collaboration with IW Zuid-Holland! So far, we have supported them inhouse on four occasions. Our Regelmeisjes assisted with back-office tasks, administration, and HR activities, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently during a colleague’s maternity leave and long-term illness.

The Erasmus MC Foundation was looking for a Regelmeisje to assist in organizing various fundraising events for the Erasmus MC Cancer Institute. Our Regelmeisje developed event concepts, prepared budgets, and created detailed scripts.

Buro Brandpreventie was looking for a strong management assistant. Our Regelmeisje utilized her expertise in administration, facility management, and marketing to provide valuable support to the management.

One of our Regelmeisje managed all office operations for Amsterdam Offices! She ensured a warm welcome for guests, served delightful coffee and tea, and promptly handled all emails and phone calls.

TBI has a service agreement with De Regelmeisjes, allowing them to call upon us whenever needed. They inform us of the tasks required, and we take care of them!

We provide support during board meetings for the Red Cross, Rotterdam-Rijnmond district. Our Regelmeisje prepares and distributes agendas in a timely manner, records detailed minutes during meetings, and sends them to all involved parties.
