Rotterdam Festivals

At Rotterdam Festivals, we provided support during various projects, including the Eurovision Song Contest. We took on the full responsibility for one of the city districts, managed the process of bringing together different parties, created the agenda, developed the branding, handled publicity, and guided everything through to completion.
