​​Professional Services Day​
 

The Professional Services Day is an annual event at Erasmus University, featuring various workshops, lunch festivals, and an award show.
 

As project managers, we closely monitored the budget, created a detailed event script, and maintained communication with multiple suppliers. Additionally, we managed all graphic materials and wrote content for MyEur. On the event day itself, we were actively present to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was a diverse and rewarding project that we are proud of!

Mindlab

 

With the Mindlab project, we organized sixteen theater performances at Erasmus University, focusing on social safety as the central theme. These performances were specifically for university staff, aiming to create open discussions around social safety.
 

For this project, we were responsible for marketing, event organization, and attendee registration. To ensure smooth execution, we worked on-site at Erasmus University two days a week.
