stichting Ferm
For Stichting FERM, we organize multiple events and projects, including the Port Cyber Café. We prepared a script, maintained contact with the venue and speakers, and sent invitations to all guests.
Verwater Group
We support the Verwater team, focusing on internal communication. This includes organizing various events, creating newsletters, and other communications. We handle it all, coordinating with different departments within Verwater.
Industrielicht
We assisted Industrielicht with various tasks and projects, including the second edition of the IL magazine, an inspiring publication for clients and partners. We were responsible for all content, textual reviews, and oversight of the project.
TBI
We provide support to various departments within TBI. For instance, we organized a Company Vehicle Day, contributing ideas for the day's program, drafting the event script, and managing on-site execution. It was a wonderful collaboration resulting in a valuable day!
Erasmus University
For Erasmus University Rotterdam, we undertook three extensive projects in a short timeframe: the Mindlab theater production, Leadership Day 2023, and the Professional Services Day. We managed everything from beginning to end to achieve the perfect outcome.
doen'r
For the colleagues at Doen'r, we organized Christmas packages, including breakfast hampers in collaboration with a Rotterdam brasserie. We managed the selection, packaging, and delivered the packages in style.
