PA/office manager

We are looking for a driven PA/Office Manager with a real hands on mentality for our office in Rotterdam! With a team of 8 permanent colleagues and a pool of 45 flexible Regelmeisjes, we optimally support our partners. But sometimes, we need someone to take care of everything for us too.
 

You always make sure that your colleagues have everything they need; you keep that coffee (and cola zero...) stocked, and on friday afternoon you're the first to pour a well-deserved glass of wine for yourself and your teammates. From setting up the meeting room for an important meeting to keeping track of which Regelmeisje  is on the road with which car, you’ve got it all covered. You even know all your colleagues birthdays! But you also enthousiasm our Regelmeisjes from the poule, keep track of their hours, take care of invoices and receipts and make sure the office is always tidy. You are the first point of contact at the office for job applicants, appointments, and colleagues. You greet everyone with enthusiasm, schedule the first introduction with applicants, and know exactly what needs to be done when a new Regelmeisje  joins the team. But also if one of our cars suddenly lights up with a mysterious warning, you know exactly who to call and have it fixed in no time!

In addition to these varied office tasks, you are administratively and organizationally strong and are an important point of contact for the entire team. You also support the management team in the role of Personal Assistent. It is a dynamic job where you are expected to jump in wherever you are needed and do that with a lot of enthusiasm!

You actively contribute to the growth of De Regelmeisjes and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’re someone who moves fast, thrives on variety, is creative, and isn’t afraid to speak up! Do you love dogs? That’s definitely a bonus!

What will you be organizing?

- You are the one that takes care of everything at the office and for the management team;
- Contacting, scheduling, and recruiting new, enthusiastic Regelmeisjes
- Keeping track of and creating the schedules for our regular and poule Regelmeisjes;
- Supporting the management team with booking flights/hotels and returning packages;
- Keeping track of our administration, including contracts, insurances, invoices, receipt tracking subscriptions and route registration; 
- You assist in rolling out new projects to boost the visibility and recognition of De Regelmeisjes;
- Handling various ad hoc tasks in and around the office;
- Managing the agenda of the management team;
- Office inventory management;
- Of course, you'll also regularly deal with emergencies and other tasks that aren’t directly described above. You enjoy this and take on these challenges with enthusiasm!


In other words... You make life easier for De Regelmeisjes! :-)
