How did your career as a Regelmeisje begin?
"I was approached through LinkedIn by Kiki for an inhouse assignment, where I am temporarily working as a maternity leave replacement. In this role, I take on various HR tasks, combined with my position as an Allround Regelmeisje at De Regelmeisjes. Over the past few years, I have gained experience in the HR field, something I truly enjoy. At the same time, I have always had a passion for organizing and managing things. That’s why I love being able to combine both roles at De Regelmeisjes!"

"Handling a variety of projects and assignments at De Regelmeisjes while also working on an in-house job. This gives me a great mix of tasks and lots of variety in my work. De Regelmeisjes team is also very engaged with one another, which made me feel welcome from the very first moment."

"When I planned a big birthday celebration, I thought I had perfectly estimated all the supplies I needed. But then, a bunch of unexpected guests showed up, completely disrupted my plans. Of course, as a true Regelmeisje, I managed to fix everything last minute!"
