"I’ve made so many blunders, but we always solve them. For example forgetting to confirm the bus, so we quickly treated the group to another round of champagne and arranged a new one. Or not being able to find the helicopter and we had only a French-speaking pilot on the phone, which is a language I don’t understand at all, so I got the group a round of coffee and cake while (quickly running around the corner) I search for it, and it goes on like that. Our strength is that we solve our blunders before anyone even notices, so later during the evaluation, we can all laugh about it (including the client). But it always gives me a little stomach ache. But the feeling I get, when it all works out is what makes it worth it. When a situation like this happens, I always tell my colleagues: 'You just feel alive for a moment.' But of course, I only say that once it’s all solved, haha."
