How did your career as a Regelmeisje begin?
"At first, I applied to join the De Regelmeisjes pool. Less than two weeks later, an inhouse job opportunity was shared in the group chat, and I was able to start right away! For two months, I provided inhouse support, and during that time, I not only became enthusiastic about what De Regelmeisjes do but also about the great atmosphere within the team. Since then, I’ve officially become part of the team at De Regelmeisjes, and I still enjoy every day!"

"So far, I have done many in-house assignments at De Regelmeisjes, meaning I spend a few hours a week working at the client's office to provide support. The highlights for me are when I notice that the client is truly happy with the work I do for them. My absolute top moment is when a client asks me to return for another in-house assignment, it’s the best confirmation that they value my work!"
"My motto is: anything can be arranged as long as you keep going until it works! And it’s great to know that you can always count on your fellow Regelmeisjes when things get overwhelming."

Wat is your biggest blunder?
"During an inhouse job, I had to order groceries for lunch, including bread, cheese, fruit, and tea. Something went wrong with the order, and the cheese was delivered twice. Luckily, cheese has a long shelf life, so nothing went to waste! The following week, we decided not to order cheese, haha!"
