How did your career as a Regelmeisje begin?
"My Regelmeisjes career began about a year and a half ago. I was still working at my previous job and not looking for something new at all. That was until I suddenly saw the project manager vacancy from De Regelmeisjes on LinkedIn. While reading the job description, I realized that this position was really made for me. Soon enough, I sent my CV and motivation, and I got a call for a job interview. I was definitely excited, but I didn’t actually expect to be chosen. That was until I got a call where they asked me for a trial day. After that, it quickly became clear that I would officially start as a Regelmeisje."
"The other Regelmeisjes describe me as a driven Regelmeisje. They find me organized and a helpful colleague. They also think that I can really get our clients excited and take them along in the experience we can offer them."
How would the other Regelmeisjes describe you?
What are your Regelmeisjes
highlights?
"My highlight at De Regelmeisjes is actually just working here. I love seeing the results, seeing things go well, and celebrating that together. If I had to pick my favorite event, it would be the Enraf Nonius event. We got to show their international guests around during the Let’s Connect International Sales Meetings in Rotterdam. Every element of the event fell into place like puzzle pieces, and that made it my favorite. It started with a boat tour on the Spido Amalia through the waters of Rotterdam, followed by a classic Volkswagen van, continuing the trip to the Boijmans Depot, where the international guests received an exclusive tour after closing hours. And as the icing on the cake, the sun was shining all day. An event that I will never forget."
"I think it's great that every Regelmeisje in the team has their own strengths, which allows us to make anything possible together! We know what we’re capable of, and we do it well."
What is your motto?
Wat is your biggest blunder?
"I still remember my first event as a Regelmeisje. We had set up a kitchen with all sorts of delicious food. For the last snack, we wanted to serve freshly fried fries, but things didn’t go as planned. While the chef was dropping the first batch into the fryer, all the fuses blew in the kitchen. Terrible timing, of course. Thankfully, everything turned out fine, but the guests got their fries a bit later than planned! If this is my biggest blunder, it’s not that bad after all!"
