what did we arrange for axia vegetable seeds?

Sometimes things need to be arranged fast, that’s when De Regelmeisjes jump in and get to work! One phone call is all it takes: we turn the key and build a full-on experience in no time.

Within just three weeks we pulled off a complete closing ceremony to celebrate the acquisition of Axia Vegetable Seeds by Denso: from concept to on-site coordination, all under our wing and finessed down to the very last detail. We arranged a cocktail bar serving cocktails made with Axia’s own tomatoes, elegant table styling, branded balloons, floral arrangements with playful tomato accents, and a pizza truck. And of course, a moment like this calls for a toast: the champagne was sabred with a specially engraved sword. Plus, as a mid-party surprise, a plane flew over the venue carrying a custom banner!

And as if that wasn’t special enough, we got to go all out for Axia once again, this time for their 15-year anniversary. A full day-to-night program for colleagues, suppliers, partners, friends and family. The day started with a boat tour through Westland, after which we transformed their new location in Naaldwijk, together with Trefzeker Verhuur & Evenementen, into a festive Axia-themed event space. Tomato details were incorporated into styling and edible decor everywhere. Guests were welcomed by a drum band and stilt walkers, there were food stands, kids’ entertainment, a lineup of performers from DJs to live acts and, as the grand finale, a drone show with 150 drones. We were present from start to finish to direct everything live and fine-tune on the spot.
