They help companies meet the demand for qualified professionals with craftsmanship in the technical installation sector and are passionate about (re)training these employees. The head office is located in Rijswijk, with practical training locations in Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Waddinxveen, Leiden, and Zoetermeer.
Who are you?

As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact and the key link in the chain. You support the Account Manager and manage the entire onboarding process of trainee technicians from A to Z.
What will you be organizing?

Preparing and following up on quotations for technical trainings

Ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Providing a warm welcome for new colleagues

Delivering clear and friendly communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone

Managing an accurate and seamless administrative process

Coordinating and organizing intake interviews efficiently
What do you bring to the role?

Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level

Available 32 to 40 hours per week

You enjoy structure, but can easily adapt when things change

You are proactive, customer-focused, and a true team player

You communicate clearly and professionally—both on the phone and in writing
