The head office is located in Rijswijk, and there are also practical training locations in Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Waddinxveen, Leiden, and Zoetermeer.
You will work at various training locations across South Holland and, as a Trainee Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching technical basic skills (installation and/or electrical) and promoting the profession, with a practical, hands-on focus. You will have ample opportunities to develop yourself and grow within the role.
Will you be our new Project Manager/ Event Manager?
As a Project Manager/ Event Manager at De Regelmeisjes, you will be responsible for planning and executing our events and projects. You will take on a leadership role, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You think ahead, plan, organize, and manage every detail.

What do you bring to the role?

A completed education in the technical installation sector or an equivalent level of knowledge

Work experience in the technical installation sector (not required, but a plus)

Willingness to obtain the Hybrid Instructor Certificate

Good command of the Dutch language

Driver’s license B

Strong communication and coaching skills

A flexible attitude
